Sarrancolin Opéra Fantastico
This marble is extracted from the Ilhet Quarry, located in Sarrancolin in the Pyrenees.
Sarrancolin marble stands as a testament to both the grandeur and the ambition of humankind. Louis XIV, the Sun King, chose it to adorn France’s most magnificent landmarks: the Palace of Versailles and many of the Loire Valley castles. In Paris, the Louvre Museum and numerous private mansions are also graced with Sarrancolin marble.
